Starting Monday, September 4, we will be doing a BACK — TO — CLASS challenge as a community. If you are needing a little extra support getting back into healthy habits after the summer, this program was made for you.

We're revisiting our LONGEST & HARDEST classes for two weeks. Though I do love my quick & efficient workouts, now is the time to try something different. For two weeks we are going to push ourselves out of our comfort zones. Together, we've got this!
