T — F Studio was created by Pilates expert and certified health coach Tasha Franken. Tasha’s dynamic method of Pilates reduces cortisol & inflammation to create a long & sculpted body in a quick & effective workout for every body with REAL results.

Tasha created True — Form Studio after struggling to find affordable at-home workouts that toned the entire body without adding bulk or stress.

About Tasha
Tasha Franken is a Pilates expert, certified health coach and model. After years of trying countless workouts and trainers without seeing the results she was looking for, Tasha created her own method of workouts that you will find inside of True –– Form Studio.

T –– F Studio is where Tasha shares her unique & dynamic, feel good Pilates workouts. Each class is designed to create a long and sculpted body using Pilates based exercises to add feminine tone without bulking. There is a focus on breathing in each class as well to reduce cortisol & inflammation in the body.

T –– F Studio classes were developed for EVERY BODY to do at home, with minimal equipment, space, and time. This is your workout –– anywhere, anytime.

Both inside and outside of the studio, Tasha focuses on creating a positive environment and message surrounding movement, lifestyle and food to empower others to discover their own balance. She doesn’t believe in quick fixes or trends and believes it’s all about finding what works best FOR YOU

Tasha Franken is certified in both mat and reformer Pilates (PMA) as well as nutrition (IIN) making her a top-tier expert in fitness and nutrition.
