Just yourself! Anything else is optional, the workouts were created to support your routine using minimal space and equipment. We have both mat and reformer Pilates options for those who have a machine accessible. See optional equipment below.
All workouts can be done with just your bodyweight. Our workouts include a variety of equipment such as the Pilates ball, ankle weights, hand weights and more. You can filter classes by equipment to match what you have at home.
Workouts are designed to fit your schedule, from quick sessions to full-length classes from 5 to 30+ minutes. Pick what works for you, every class is results-driven and efficient.
Yes programs are included with your membership. Some of our signature plans include Pilates strong, The Glow — Up Plan and The 21 day Mind & Body plan. We also offer some exclusive programs (e.g., KG X TF and The Wedding Plan) that are sold separately.
