Shipping, Returns & Exchange Policies

We are unable to offer free shipping at this time. Shipping rates are available at checkout. 

International orders (outside of the US)

Depending on the address specified, your country’s customs office may impose a few additional charges on your order: import fees, declaration fees, import duties (tariffs) and/or taxes. For all online orders all the fees required for customs clearance are the sole responsibility of the customer (that’s you). They will be charged upon arrival.

Occasionally, customs agents may delay the delivery of packages at their discretion.

We are also required to state the value of your order (i.e. the price) directly on your package. We know what you’re thinking, and no, we cannot mark any package(s) as a “gift” to help you avoid paying extra fees. (Sorry.)

T – F Studio has no control over these charges. For more information on customs, duties, taxes and other import charges, please contact your local customs office.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number.

Delivery Time

Whilst we aim to send out your orders as soon as possible, in-stock orders are processed within 5-7 business days *. Please allow additional processing time for orders placed on weekends or national holidays. 

*Due to shipping delays, some items may take up to 4 weeks to arrive. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Returns Policy

We are unable to offer returns at this time.

For damaged or incorrect items please contact customer support at reply@tashafranken.com and include your order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect item.
