T — F Studio was created by Pilates expert and certified health coach Tasha Franken to bring studio-level Pilates into your home without long workouts, high costs, or added bulk. Her dynamic method focuses on low-impact, precise movement that sculpts lean muscle, reduces cortisol and inflammation, and supports consistent results for every body, anywhere, anytime.
After struggling to find affordable, full-body at-home workouts that actually delivered, Tasha developed her own method, combining professional training, real-world experience, and a feel-good approach to movement. T — F Studio is designed to transform both body and mind, using minimal space, time, and equipment.

Former model and certified Pilates instructor, Tasha Franken built T — F Studio to bring studio-level Pilates into every home.
With years of experience balancing a modeling career and rigorous workout schedules, she understands how to sculpt lean muscle, reduce stress, and create results that last.
Her signature method combines low-impact, precision movement with mindful breathing to tone the body without bulk, making strength, balance, and confidence part of everyday life.

Tashi Rodriguez
Certified Pilates Instructor
Originally from Buffalo, New York, Tashi has been practicing Pilates consistently for nearly a decade. After moving to Los Angeles for modeling, she discovered Pilates and quickly made it a consistent part of her life.
Her classes focus on seamless flow, precise form and breath. She focuses on controlled, intentional movement that challenges you without overwhelming you, leaving you feeling stronger, more aligned, and energized.

Hypnotherapist & Meditation Expert
Leo Max specializes in hypnosis and meditative practices that connect the physical, mental, and spiritual realms.
His guided meditations are designed to complement your Pilates practice, helping you reset, visualize, and deepen your mind-body connection, making wellness a daily habit.
