Week one of our BACK — TO — CLASS program is complete! How are you feeling?
There's nothing I love more than the feeling of getting back into routine. September always feels like a new year for me, and I love using this energy to create momentum towards my goals.
Tomorrow we start the second week of this challenge, so I encourage you to take time to think about (or journal on) these questions:
