Here are just some of the ways you can elevate your workouts:

 

Experiment with equipment; add in stronger resistance bands, incorporate heavier weights like weighted bars, hand weights, ankle weights, and ring weights to intensify your session and build strength. Add a Pilates ball for enhanced stability and core engagement. Gliders are a great tool to improve controlled movement that target specific muscle groups.

Switch up your scenery by taking your practice outdoors to the beach or park, or bring the T — F Studio experience to the gym with you.
 

Get a workout partner to help you stay accountable and make working out a social event.
