Who's ready for a new challenge?!

You may have seen the 75 Hard Challenge which has gone viral on TikTok. For those of you who don’t know, this concept is made up of six non-negotiable rules which have to be completed for 75 days straight. Whilst I always welcome a challenge, I don’t believe in going to the extremes when it comes to health. At T –– F Studio we believe in small steps for sustainable progress.

That’s why we've come up with the TF Soft 30! By making small tweaks to our daily habits, we can make big changes.

So, what’s the TF Soft 30?

This is a 30 day free plan comprised of small daily steps for big, long lasting changes by focusing on 5 daily habits: beauty, movement, diet, mindfulness, & nature. I also recognize that everyone has different priorities, time constraints, abilities etc - which is why there are TWO options of this challenge for you to choose from at the bottom of this post!

Once you've selected which version of the TF SOFT 30 you'd like to follow, you can then create your own routine builder with the photo at the bottom of this blog to stay consistent and accountable with whichever habits YOU choose to focus on over the next 30 days.

By taking time to consciously work towards your goals, I promise you will see and feel the difference – and once the changes start happening, it’s amazing what other improvements you’ll see falling into place!
