WELLNESS — ESSENTIALS

WELLNESS NON-NEGOTIABLES. It’s the small things you do every day that contribute to your long-lasting well being. These are some of mine:


Dynamic Pilates

Nothing makes me feel or look better than dynamic Pilates. There's no better feeling than finding a workout style that works for YOU and adds to your life.


Good sleep hygiene

Sleep is so underrated! Lately I've been prioritizing sleep like it's my job, and have noticed so many improvements in mood and productivity.


Intuitive eating

Coming from a past of disordered eating, I do not subscribe to any strict dietary rules. I focus on eating whole foods that make me feel good, and don't buy into the trends/fads that are constantly floating around on social media. 


Meditation/breathwork

It might seem simple, but meditation/breathwork for even two minutes a day instantly makes me feel more grounded, centered, and calm. When I don't meditate, I feel a lot more frazzled and disorganized. 


Personalized Supplements

Having a personalized supplement routine based on my unique needs helps me function more efficiently each day! Always aim for a custom approach when it comes to your wellness, there is no one size fits all. 


Outdoor walks

Outdoor walks are one of my favorite mood boosters. I put on my favorite music or podcasts and get to have 1:1 time with myself to decompress.


Sun exposure when possible

Prioritizing sun exposure boosts mood and also helps regulate our circadian rhythm. It's a win-win for both daytime productivity and the ability to down-regulate at night.


Journaling
Journaling plays a very big role in my mental health and ability to process my life. I will share more of my favorite prompts on the @trueform.studio Instagram page this month!
