If you’re in the mood for a delicious baked good then look no further! The only photo I took before I ate the whole batch.
Follow the recipe below for the easiest, healthiest, tastiest chocolate chip cookies that are gluten free, sugar free, and vegan.
I’m not a great baker ... So if I’m capable, so are you!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Almond flour
- 1/3 cup Buckwheat flour
- 1/2 cup Coconut sugar
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1 Flax egg (1tbsp flax meal, 3tbsp water)
- 2tbs oat milk (or another milk)
- 1/2 cup melted Coconut oil
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- LOTS of Chocolate chips
Method:
- Mix all wet ingredients together
- Mix in dry ingredients
- Place the mixture in the fridge for 20 mins
- Roll into balls & flatten onto a baking tray with baking paper.
- Bake for 10 mins at 360f
The should still be slightly soft when they’re ready!
Allow to cool (if you can) before eating! Enjoy!!
