General Access gives you everything you need for results, including workouts, guides, group support, and coaching calls. VIP Access is for those who want private coaching with Tasha , personalized goal setting, and deeper accountability. VIP is limited to only 10 spots for a more intimate experience.
After purchasing, you’ll receive an email with details on how to schedule your coaching call:
- General Access: You’ll receive a Zoom link for our group coaching sessions. No need to book, just save the date and join when it’s time.
- VIP Access: You’ll get a private Calendly link to book your 1:1 call with Tasha. Calls are first come, first served, so we recommend scheduling yours as soon as you receive the email to secure your preferred time.
Emails are sent shortly after purchase, so keep an eye on your inbox (and spam folder, just in case).
All you need is a mat and optional light ankle or hand weights (1–2 lbs). A Pilates ball, jump rope, and Pilates ring are optional but can enhance some exercises. Everything can be done from home.
Most workouts are 15**–30 minutes**. Designed to be effective, not time-consuming and perfect for busy schedules.
This isn’t about unrealistic body goals. It’s about sculpting, strengthening, and de-bloating through movement, nourishment, and mindset. Everyone’s results will vary, but you’ll feel stronger, more connected, and more confident.
