Today marks the last & final class of our SUMMER –– BOOTY program! I don't know about you, but I'm feeling sore, motivated, and back in the routine of moving my body. There's nothing like a community challenge to kickstart healthy habits. Thank you to everyone who joined in over the last week! We have more summer programs & challenges in the works after all the incredible feedback we had. I can't wait :)
As we enter the summer season, don't forget to take care of the health of your MIND, not only your body :) Making time to connect with loved ones, doing things outside of your comfort zone, spending time outdoors, and not taking yourself too seriously is just as important as the workouts you do throughout the week! Balance and consistency is most important for creating sustainable results.
