Who else is ready for Summer to officially begin later this month?! To kick off summer, we have a SUMMER BOOTY PROGRAM coming June 19. Seven days of short & sharp workouts to tone, sculpt, lift, and build that booty. I can't wait to do this together as a community!

Beyond the physical – every month, but especially every quarter, I love to sit down and journal on what I would like to create in my life. I've noticed such a difference in my life since incorporating mindset and routine, and wanted to share some of my go-to journal prompts for you below.

PROMPT 01

What has made the last 3 months great? What did I learn, what did I overcome, what did I accomplish? What am I grateful for?

PROMPT 02

What am I ready to release/let go of? Beliefs, habits, relationships? 

PROMPT 03

How would I like to feel over the next 3 months? What would I like to accomplish? What are habits and beliefs that I would like to create for myself? What am I already doing well that I can now improve and hold to a 

higher standard?

Take time for yourself and have a self care night to answer these prompts! You will feel so much clearer and more focused afterwards :)
