We’re back—and stronger than ever. If you’re joining us for the Glow Up 2.0 series, get ready for a next-level sculpting experience that builds on everything you loved from the original Glow Up Challenge. These workouts are designed to tone, strengthen, and leave you glowing from the inside out.

To make the most of each class, we’ve put together a checklist of equipment that can help enhance your experience. But here’s the most important thing to remember: none of this is required. You can still get an incredible workout using just your body weight—and sometimes, that’s the most powerful tool of all. Go at your own pace, move intuitively, and do what feels good for your body.

Whether you're leveling up your home setup or just getting started, the following pieces of equipment are here to support you through every pulse, tuck, and lift. Use what you have, get creative, or skip it altogether—this series is about meeting yourself exactly where you are.

1. Hand Weights (1–3 lbs)
We use light weights to add resistance and sculpt lean, defined muscles without bulk.

2. Yoga Blocks
These are key for balance, support, and deepening stretches—especially during mobility and recovery flows.

3. Booty Band
Activate and tone your glutes in seconds with this small-but-mighty piece of resistance equipment.

4. Pilates Ball
An essential for core work and inner thigh engagement—you’ll love how this elevates even the simplest moves.

5. Ankle Weights (1–2 lbs)
Add these on for an extra burn in lower-body and core-focused workouts. Trust us, your glutes will thank you.

6. Pilates Socks
Grippy, grounding, and chic—these non-slip tube grip socks provide the perfect ‘grip & stick’ support to keep you comfortable through every workout.

7. Foam Roller
Great for recovery and muscle release, foam rollers help reduce soreness, improve flexibility, and enhance blood flow. They’re essential for post-workout cool downs or even as part of a warm-up routine.

8. Resistance Band
These versatile bands add extra challenge to bodyweight exercises and can target different muscle groups without bulky weights. They’re lightweight, affordable, and perfect for home or travel workouts.

9. Gliders
Also known as sliders, these compact tools intensify exercises like lunges, planks, and mountain climbers by adding an element of core-stabilizing movement. They’re small but mighty when it comes to building strength and balance.


Having these items ready may help you experience each Glow Up 2.0 workout as it was originally designed—intentional, challenging, and transformative. But again, they’re just tools. You already have everything you need to move, sweat, and glow—right within you.
