Reason 1: Enhance your workouts, Grab Your Equipment
To enhance your Glow Up Plan experience, we recommend a few favorite tools. These are totally optional - but they’ll help you get deeper into the moves, stay supported, and level up your workouts. Use what you have, swap in creative alternatives, or skip them entirely. You do you.
