Mish mash bowl w/ Sunny tahini

Warm, satisfying but fresh, using a simple combination of veggies, carbs and protein!
Topped off with sprouts for estrogen detoxification and @eat___sunny tahini - the perfect drizzle for just about any bowl or salad!

Ingredients:

Arugula
Purple potato
Asparagus
Sprouts
Avocado
Radish
Organic rotisserie chicken
Sunny tahini
Lemon
Salt
Pepper

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 400f

  2. Place your purple potatoes in the oven and bake for 30mins

  3. Place your asparagus in the oven and bake for 20 mins

  4. Add arugula to a shallow bowl and squeeze lemon over, add salt & pepper.

  5. Top your arugula with sliced radish, avocado, the roasted asparagus, roasted & sliced purple potato, and rotisserie chicken.

  6. Sprinkle a handful of sprouts

  7. Drizzle tahini over bowl

  8. Serve & enjoy!
